DYT series electro-hydraulic putter

Electro-hydraulic push-off: DYT series of electro-hydraulic putter is a set of machines, electricity, liquid as one of the hydraulic drive robot, suitable for the need to reciprocate push straight (or reciprocating angle) movement, can also be used for the need to rise, Clamping the work of the site, and to achieve long-range dangerous areas of centralized or automatic control. Working principle: Electro-hydraulic putter is a new type of flexible transmission mechanism of machine, electric and liquid. It is composed of actuator (cylinder), control mechanism (hydraulic control valve group) and power source (pump motor, etc.). Electro-hydraulic push the structure performance:

Electro-hydraulic putter has the following advantages:
(1) compact structure, easy installation, occupy a small space, easy maintenance.

(3) loop set two-way hydraulic lock, can be stopped within the specified range of any position and self-locking, and maintain the output force unchanged.
(4) push pull, speed (user requirements) stepless adjustable, driving force range is very wide.
(5) for some power, putter self-locking, to avoid accidents.
(6) the use of full hydraulic drive, action sensitive, smooth operation, can effectively buffer the external impact, stroke control accuracy (0.5mm ≧).
(7) mechanical and electrical integration of the whole closed structure, working oil circulation in the closed steel cylinder without pressure, small size, no oil, in the harsh working environment, no dust, no water, the internal non-rust, long lasting.
