Overview: SE, SH, SP series failure protection disc brakes and drum brakes compared with the structure is compact, large braking force, easy installation, it is mainly used for lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, ports, construction machinery, Cables, sling equipment, wind turbines, textile machinery and other industries supporting a variety of mechanical drive mechanical brake or slow down.

Conditions of use:
Ambient temperature: -20 ℃ -50 ℃. There should be no flammable, explosive gas in the surrounding working environment.
Air relative humidity of not more than 90%.
The altitude of the use site is in accordance with GB755-2000.
Outdoor rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media should be used anti-corrosion products.

Product Details

SE, SH, SP series failure protection disc brakes

Working brake, allowing high frequency braking.
Braking force, low maintenance costs, with pad wear automatic compensation device (brake torque stability), noon should be short time.
Installation tolerance, brake disc end beating: the maximum: ± 0.2mm. Comparison of the verticality of the base relative to the disc: max: ± 4 ‰.
The center distance of the brake disc relative to the base: Maximum: ± 2.5 mm.
The series includes the following types of brakes:
561SE, 560SE, 56SE, 5SE, 450SE, 4SE, 3SE Brakes (Electromagnetic Release). Work must have ESE / ESP matching power supply (see the specific parameters of matching power supply).
5SH, 450SH, 4SH, 3SH, 904SH brake (hydraulic release). Work need to have hydraulic station.
5SP, 450SP, 4SP, 3SP Brake (Pneumatic Release) (5bar)

Safety brakes
The braking force is the same as the working brake.
Found in the case of speeding, for emergency braking, under normal circumstances the static brake should be short time.
Installation tolerance, brake disc end beating: the maximum: ± 0.2mm. The deviation of the base relative to the disc: ± 0 .4 ‰.

The series includes the following types of brakes:
All SE series. Electromagnetic release. Work must have matching power supply ESE / ESP (see the specific parameters of matching power supply).
All SH series is mainly ST series. Hydraulic release. Work with hydraulic station.
All SP series. Pneumatic release (5bar)
Note: ST1SE, ST2SE are only suitable for use as safety brakes. It can also be used as a working brake when the frequency is low.

Depending on the user's needs, the following devices can be installed:
The pad wear is shown (by means of a switch or pad).
Brake display (via display switch).
Manual release (through display switch)
Special applications: Sintering gaskets for very high plate temperatures, special liners (no horses, etc.); special discs (thickness, diameter, material, etc.).
Spring brake - hydraulic barrier - suitable for plate thickness: 30mm
