SE series of electromagnetic failure protection brakes

Overview: SE, SH, SP series failure protection disc brakes and drum brakes compared with the structure is compact, large braking force, easy installation, it is mainly used for lifting, transportation, metallurgy, mining, ports, construction machinery, Cables, sling equipment, wind turbines, textile machinery and other industries supporting a variety of mechanical drive mechanical brake or slow down.
Conditions of use: Ambient temperature: -20 ℃ -50 ℃. There should be no flammable, explosive gas in the surrounding working environment. Air relative humidity of not more than 90%. The altitude of the use site is in accordance with GB755-2000. Outdoor rain and snow erosion or corrosive gases and media should be used anti-corrosion products.
Main features: pneumatic brake, spring release. The overall structure is simple, small size, light weight. No asbestos brake pads, green. Brake pad installation, easy to replace. Brake pads are easy to adjust after wear. All power sources need not be set separately, can be used with the existing air compressor station, in the gas supply line installed speed valve, brake time can be stepless adjustment.

Safety brakes.
The braking force is the same as the working brake.

The series includes the following types of brakes:

All SH series is mainly ST series. Hydraulic release. Work with hydraulic station.
All SP series. Pneumatic release (5bar)
Note: ST1SE, ST2SE are only suitable for use as safety brakes. It can also be used as a working brake when the frequency is low.
