Guangdong DEF Seals Solutions Co., Ltd. (Dongguan city DEF Seals Solutions Co., Ltd.,) is a technology enterprise with R&D, production and sales department, manufactures a wide range of hydraulic seals, PTFE products applied to harsh conditions, special custom PU and rubber seals.

R&D Capability
With a workforce of 20 engineers, nine of which focus on R&D, we have received 18 national invention patents.

Production Capability
DEF owns two standardized plants up to 10,000 square meters each, in which constant temperature/ humidity PTFE workshops are set up. Our production equipments include imported vertical/horizontal CNC machine, 2000T oil pressers, computer-controlled sintering furnace, PU casting machine, rubber mixing machine, vulcanizing machine, etc. We produce custom rubber seals with size from 1mm to 1500mm.

Quality Assurance
DEF has passed ISO9001:2008. With testing equipments including tensile test machine, reciprocating test machine, temperature chamber, ageing chamber, Multi-channel temperature detection, etc., we adopt high quality imported raw materials. And a full range of materials are available. Our products passed third party inspection by National Rubber Sealing Production Quality Supervision and Inspection Center, Guangzhou Auto Parts Test Center, etc. And our factory is approved by International Certification Authorities, such as SGS, BV. And we are proud to own the titles of National High-Tech Enterprise, Private Technology Enterprise of Guangdong and Employee Satisfied Enterprise, etc.
