Bauer Hydraulic Motors
Bauer Hydraulic Motors are a company in the Aarbakke Group and have produced high quality hydraulic motors in Norway-Europe, since 1965. The product line include various standard motor sizes ranging from 1.0 litre/rev to 32.6 litre/rev, with turning torque up to 135kNm. We also deliver speed changing valves and dual load control valves which can be mounted directly on the motor. In Ningbo-China, our sister company, Aarbakke China, we are located with workshop and office.
The Imenco Bauer Hydraulics product line of hydraulic motors includes various standard motor sizes ranging from 1.0 litre/rev to 32.6 litre/rev, with turning moments up to 135 kNm.
Bauer motor programme consists of five motor series, HML, HMB, HMJ, HMH and HMK. All motors are of radial piston type with heavy roller bearings on shaft and eccentric. Internal friction is very low and starting torque high.
The large diameter shafts and the heavy roller bearings make the motors well suited for working with external radial loads on a free shaft end.
We produce different valves for control of speed and free-wheeling on hydraulic motors. This valves offer very smooth changing from high torque/low speed to low torque/high speed, and to free-wheeling position.

Our offerings
Our main products today are large hydraulic cylinders and hydraulic motors.
The cylinders are mainly used in offshore oil- and gas industries, where they are uses in heave compensation systems, large cranes, walkways, A-frames and systems for pipe handling.
The motors are delivered in sizes (displacement) from 1.0 l/rev to 32.6 l/rev, with resulting torques exceeding 130.000 Nm.
In addition to these stand-alone product deliveries, we provide complete hydraulic systems to customers who requires a complete system delivery. To meet this requirement, we have developed our own standardized control system and power packs.
