Nan yang DC Motor ZYZJ series

ZYZJ series of DC motor is my factory in the Z4 series DC motor on the basis of the sugar press for the roller drive conditions, in the design and manufacturing process has been improved to develop a special series of products.
This series of motors with polygonal structure, stator space utilization is high, the internal structure is compact, and the use of computer-aided design, the electrical parameters of the appropriate control, so the motor has a small size, light weight, small inertia and other characteristics.
The magnetic circuit adopts the laminated paint structure and its effective measures, so that the motor can withstand the pulsating current and the current changes in the working conditions, improve the motor's dynamic commutation performance. The motor can be used for three-phase bridge rectifier current, and no external smoothing reactor and long-term work.
The novel F-class insulation structure, to ensure a stable insulation and good heat dissipation, special insulation treatment, the motor has a strong moisture resistance and mechanical strength, can be used in wet tropical areas.
This series of motor stator all plus compensation winding resistance, overload capacity, base speed overload capacity of 2.5 times the rated torque, high-speed overload capacity of 1.8 times the rated current, which lasted 1min.
The dimensions of this series of motors are in accordance with IEC-72 international standard in addition to the axial dimension 'B' between the two foot holes.
Motor performance:
1. The data in the technical data sheet shall be operated according to the following conditions:
a. The temperature of the primary cooling medium entering the motor shall not be greater than 40 ° C;
b. The working environment shall not contain acidic, alkaline or other gases which are corrosive to insulation;
C. Motor for continuous operation (S1);
d. Motor armature circuit and excitation circuit can be static rectifier power supply, but also adapted by the DC generator power supply.
2. The insulation rating of the motor is Class F.
3. The standard rated voltage of the motor is 440V, 520V, 660V three, can also be produced according to user requirements of other voltage level of the motor, but after consultation to be determined.
4. Motor standard rated speed of 1000,750,600,500,400r / min total of five files. Reduce the armature voltage constant torque speed, reduce the excitation voltage for constant power speed, speed range see technical data sheet. In the rated voltage below constant torque speed, the minimum speed of not less than 20r / min, this time can still ensure smooth speed.
5. Current change rate: At all speed and load, the motor can withstand di / dt = 200 - 250 times the rated current / second current change rate.
6. Standard excitation voltage is 220V, other excitation voltage can also be negotiated. In order to ensure the reliability of the excitation system insulation, in the open excitation circuit, the need to bypass the two ends of the excitation in a release resistor to prevent the self-inductance potential on the excitation of the excitation system. When the standard excitation voltage, the value is about six times the excitation winding resistance (cold). When the excitation voltage is higher than the standard voltage, the release resistance can be less than six times, otherwise more than six times.
7. The motor performance are in line with national standards GB755 "rotating electrical basic technical conditions", but also according to the International Electrotechnical Commission standard IEC34-1 or German national standard DIN57530 requirements assessment.

Structure:
1. Motor cooling methods are his cold, forced ventilation, that is, the motor comes with radial brakes or duct ventilation. The correspondence between the protection level and the cooling mode is shown in Table 1. The required cooling air volume, wind pressure and fan motor power are shown in Table 2. The air intake of the motor can be on the left (right) side or upper (lower) side of the end cover of the drive side.
2. Motor installation: horizontal, foot installation (ie IMB3), in line with international regulations GB977.
3. Motor can be made of double-axis extension or single-axis extension. Uniaxial motor can be equipped with tachogenerator, encoder, overspeed protection switch and other accessories.
4. The motor's outlet box is viewed from the drive end on the right side of the motor stand. If necessary, can also be installed on the left side of the base, but need to specify when ordering.
5. The motor adopts non-stop refueling structure.
